Yes. Ark House titles are available through both Christian and mainstream bookstores in Australia and New Zealand. To find Christian bookstores, click on the Outlets link.

Most Ark House titles are also available from Dymocks, Angus & Robertson and Borders Bookstores, plus now Whitworths in New Zealand.

How can I place an order?
You can order online at this website or you can select one of the many Outlets throughout Australia or New Zealand to order.

Where is my order shipped from?
Orders in Australia and New Zealand are shipped from Sydney.
Orders for all other countries are shipped from Sydney and Los Angeles.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
General order delivery time is between 2 and 3 days. Orders can be shipped express for an additional freight cost.

Do I need to pay for postage?
Yes, shipping is paid on all web orders. Please see the shopping cart for more information.

Is your website secure for ordering?
Yes. Our website is SSL certified, whereby your credit card number is ‘scrambled’ for protection. The web is one of the most common ways of ordering and we have put in place security measures to protect your information.

Can I order by phone, fax or mail?
Yes, your order can be sent via phone, fax or mail. You can even use our website to configure your order and calculate shipping, then print the completed order and fax or mail.

Do you deliver to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand?
Yes. Orders shipped outside of Australia or New Zealand will be shipped from either our Sydney or Los Angeles warehouse. We will ship from the location nearest to your address.
