Ever wondered if God is actually interested in knowing you and being known by you? In Australian Inspiring Stories for Youth, Leng Te tells of her experiences as a refugee who grew up in Australia. Through her journey she encountered many stumbling blocks and obstacles: losing her father to illness, and as a young woman, wondering why boys overlooked her.
As Leng tells her story they point to a deeper reality; to a God who is invested in making Himself knowable. Come on a journey to discover the God who is sometimes hidden, but always present; whose purposes sometimes seem under a cloud, but are sometimes as bright as the sun.

‘Leng interweaves autobiography, Biblical narrative, journal entries and song lyrics in a way that brings the reader into the conversation between the God of infinite surprises and her personal pilgrimage and fearless probing. The issues dealt with are far from trivial and close to the everyday lives of young Christians everywhere. Each section or story concludes with a practical exercise which invites us to connect our own story with the author’s journey of discovery. This book is passionate, relevant, displays a good range of genre, excellent use of life experience and wise Biblical reflection.’
